Move, connect and relax in a welcoming funded group created for parent carers. Morning and evening options make it easier to join around school hours, work and family life.
Project ME Zumba gives parent carers a friendly place to enjoy movement, build confidence and share time with others who understand the caring journey.
The sessions are designed to feel welcoming, accessible and encouraging, whether you are new to Zumba or returning to movement after a busy season of family life.
OAKonsult is delighted to announce support from The National Lottery Community Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, this support helps us offer welcoming Zumba sessions for parent carers at a central, accessible Bromley venue.
Morning sessions support parent carers who are available during school hours. Evening sessions support working parent carers who can only attend after work.
Enjoy lively, accessible Zumba designed to help you move your body and lift your mood.
Meet parent carers in a warm group setting where support, friendship and encouragement can grow.
Choose a school-hours session or an evening option, depending on your caring and work commitments.
Places are funded, but registration is required. Please register before attending so the team can plan safely and support access needs where possible.
