Over 12 weeks you will work on your own wellbeing, confidence and resilience, with other parent carers who understand.
Group sessions
Meet the same small group each week. Most sessions are online, with some activities face to face.
Individual support
One-to-one wellbeing support to think about your own goals, needs and next steps.
Practical tools
Ideas you can use in family life, and the confidence to speak up for your child and yourself.
Who can express interest
- Parent carers living in the London Borough of Bromley
- Parents or carers of children and young people with SEND
- Anyone who wants support with wellbeing, confidence, peer connection or practical tools for family life
