OAK Centre Prime

Nigeria’s first holistic disability centre, built in loving memory of Abigail

  - A Home of Healing, Learning & Empowerment

Abigail’s Legacy

When medical mismanagement left our daughter Abigail Toyitan ventilator‑dependent at 18 months, our family entered a world of wheelchairs and 24‑hour care. Abigail defied every prognosis until October 2024, when she passed away aged 16. Her courage sparked OAKonsult and now inspires OAK Centre Prime—a 35‑acre center in Oolo Town, Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria where children with disabilities and their families will finally find integrated care, hope and opportunity.
