About Chinwe
Chinwe Ugo-Onyegbula is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with over 20 years’ leadership experience across technology, telecommunications, outsourcing and consulting. She currently serves as Group Chief People Officer at Avetium Holdco, overseeing people, culture and organisational effectiveness.
Passionate about disability inclusion in churches and faith-based communities, she actively advocates and teaches on creating welcoming environments where people with disabilities are valued, supported and able to participate fully in church life.
