Disabilities Outreach

The OAKonsult Learning Platform

Our free online courses for parent carers, starting with Project ME Online. You can learn from home, on your phone or computer, at times that suit you.

Project ME Online is free for parent carers.

Project ME is our wellbeing and resilience programme for parent carers of children and young people with additional needs and disabilities. After three in-person groups in 2024, we were funded to put it online. Project ME Online launched in December 2025. It is free for every parent carer, wherever you live.

The course covers emotional wellbeing, relationships, career, finance, health and faith, with practical tools you can use straight away.

  • Free for parent carers
  • Online, at your own pace
  • Open to parent carers in the UK, Nigeria and anywhere else
  • Faith-sensitive, and open to people of all faiths and none
