Referral pathway for local partners

Refer a parent carer for OAKonsult support

If your organisation is already supporting a parent carer or family and you have permission to share their details, use this route to make a warm referral to OAKonsult. We will review the information and contact the parent carer or referrer as appropriate.

The team will review the referral and consider the most appropriate next step.

Where suitable, OAKonsult will contact the parent carer or referrer to continue the conversation.
