Support for the person behind the caring role

OAKonsult will deliver three structured 12-week cohorts for a total of 36 Bromley-based parent carers. The programme combines hybrid group sessions with individual wellbeing support, helping carers strengthen wellbeing, confidence, connection and practical resilience.

Who can express interest?

  • Parent carers based in the London Borough of Bromley.
  • Parents or carers of children and young people with SEND.
  • People interested in wellbeing, empowerment, peer connection and practical support.

Please note: This is an expression of interest, not confirmation of a place. The OAKonsult team will review submissions and contact people about eligibility, cohort availability, dates and delivery arrangements.
