About OAKonsult Disabilities Outreach

OAKonsult Disabilities Outreach is a faith-driven but not faith-restrictive organisation operating across the UK and Nigeria. We support families of children and young people (0–25) with disabilities, transforming the parent carer journey from isolation and exhaustion to empowerment and hope.

  • In the UK, our work is centred around the Parent Carer Hub—a space (physical and digital) for connection, skills building, and advocacy, co-created with parent carers.
  • In Nigeria, OAK Centre Prime is our flagship development—a purpose-built 35-acre facility in Oyo State focused on children and young people with disabilities, their families, and the wider community
  • Across both countries, our vision is to equip parent carers—especially women—to challenge stereotypes, rewrite narratives, and live meaningful lives while raising their children. Our programmes are rooted in lived experience, cultural competence, and community co-production.
